Product Marketing Manager
The team is what makes the dream work! You’ll be working closely together with Adrie, who is responsible for all the content in our company. Next to that, you’ll talk to Milan pretty much every day, who is our growth marketeer and coordinating all campaigns. If you need anything designed, you’ll be talking to Luc, our Creative Director. Next to that, as you will be bridging the gap between product and marketing, so you’ll also be closely working with Seyna, who is the Head of Product.
As a Product Marketeer, you’ll be the vital bridge between product, marketing and sales. You’ll turn customers into Neople brand lovers and accelerate our pipeline conversion. You’ll sharpen product-market fit and amplify our vision to reimagine work.
Product Launches: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features or products, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and impactful launch.
Positioning & Messaging: Develop and maintain clear, compelling, and differentiated product messaging that aligns with Neople’s mission of reimagining work and resonates with target customer segments.
Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze competitor strategies to inform product and marketing decisions.
Customer Onboarding & Engagement: Collaborate with the customer success team to create resources (guides, videos, webinars) that enhance onboarding and drive product adoption.
Customer Advocacy: Build and nurture relationships with satisfied customers to create case studies, testimonials, and success stories, showcasing how Neople enhances customer support teams.
Retention Campaigns: Design and implement customer marketing initiatives that improve retention, expand usage, and increase customer lifetime value.
Enablement Materials: Provide sales and customer success teams with product collateral, battle cards, and other materials to help them effectively communicate Neople's value proposition.
Proven experience delivering B2B product marketing strategies (3+ years required).
Strong startup mindset, with comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
Clear, concise and persuasive communication for a variety of audiences.
Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and make marketing decisions grounded in data.
A genuine enthusiasm for your work and passion for your product marketing craft.
Fluency in English, German-speaking is a plus.
