Our product is at the core of how we deliver value, so our engineers work closely with Product and Customer teams to build features that really matter for our customers. Your impact

As a Senior Product Engineer at Neople, you will build, ship and improve high-impact product features. Beyond coding, you will contribute to technical decisions, improve engineering practices and mentor peers alongside our CTO - helping the team move faster, smarter and with higher quality.

About you

• At least 5 years of experience in SaaS and/or AI startups.

• Thrived in fast-moving environments (Seed to Series B) and know what scaling feels like.

• Strong Backend Engineering Skills in Python and FastAPI.

• Track record of shipping production-grade features and building scalable, secure, and resilient systems.

• Care about the why as much as the how, keeping customers at the center of decisions.

• Experienced working hand-in-hand with product and design to bring ideas to life.

• Proven mentoring ability, raising the bar for engineering practices and peers.

• Balance speed with quality - experiment quickly, learn fast, and build with intent.

• Contribute input, feedback, challenge assumptions and bring fresh ideas - not just code.

• Operate independently with sound judgment while collaborating deeply when needed.

• A genuine enthusiasm for your work and a passion for creating solutions that bring more joy to day-to-day tasks - both for yourself and your teammates.
