AI Product Specialist

Our Delivery team sits at the heart of Neople. We make sure customers successfully implement, adopt and scale their digital co-workers - and get real business impact from them.

As a Product Specialist, you'll work closely with our Head of Delivery, Customer Success Managers and Product team to help customers deploy AI successfully. You'll be the bridge between customer needs and our product, making sure every implementation delivers real value.

What you'll be doing

No two customers are the same.

One day you'll be onboarding a fashion retailer, the next you'll be connecting systems for an ecommerce company or improving an AI agent based on customer feedback.

About you

You're naturally curious and love figuring things out.

You enjoy working with technology, but you're equally comfortable talking to customers. You ask the right questions, enjoy solving problems and don't stop until you've found the right solution.

You care about customer outcomes and understand that successful implementations create happy customers, long-term partnerships and product improvements.

The role:

• Help customers successfully implement and adopt Neople.

• Configure AI agents for customer-specific use cases.

• Connect customer systems, integrations and knowledge bases.

• Solve implementation challenges and ad-hoc customer questions.

• Work directly with customers to understand what they want to achieve.

• Translate customer needs into practical product configurations.

• Collect customer feedback and work closely with Product to continuously improve Neople.

• Test new functionality and help shape how our product evolves.

• Become an expert on one of the fastest-moving AI platforms in Europe.

You probably have

• 1–3 years of working experience, or you are ready for you first full-time role.

• You might have started your career in strategy consulting, venture capital or another high-performance environment, and are ready to roll up your sleeves at a fast-growing startup.

• A customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to solve problems.

• A strong curiosity and eagerness to learn.

• A strong affinity for software, technology and AI, and enjoy solving technical problems (but you don't have to be an engineer)

• Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with customers.

• A structured way of working while being action-oriented.

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
