We're looking for a Design Engineer to lead the UX vision of our neople.

As our Designer Engineer, you will own and elevate Neople’s UX and frontend architecture while building full-stack features that make AI interactions seamless, intuitive and magical. You will lead the development of a world-class interface, ensuring usability, scalability and speed.
Strong UX and frontend expertise.
Ability to design and build delightful, high-performance interfaces.
Experience leading frontend development with a strong eye for design, animations and interaction patterns, including proficiency with 3D animations.
Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React preferred) and a deep understanding of design systems.
Full-stack capability – comfortable working across the stack (backend support provided as needed).
Customer-centric approach – understands how to translate complex AI interactions into simple, intuitive UX.
Experience with performance optimisations – ensuring snappy, smooth interactions.
Fluent in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS – plus experience with AI design tools is a must.
Strong startup mindset, with comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats.
