Your team

Our Customer Success (CS) team are our ambassadors for Neople. We’re here to make sure our clients get serious value from our digital co-workers and love working with us.

About you

You’re a relationship builder at heart. You love the space where product meets people, connecting Neople with customers' workflow pains. This role is to service our Benelux customer base, so Dutch-speaking is a must.

You’ll:

  • At least 5 years of experience in SaaS and/or AI startups.

  • Thrived in fast-moving environments (Seed to Series B) and know what scaling feels like.

  • Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across your customer accounts.

  • Guide customers through every stage of their journey - from onboarding to daily adoption - so they can unlock the full value of their Neople.

  • Lead regular check-ins and business reviews that link product usage to tangible business outcomes.

  • Spot growth opportunities early, from new use cases to upsell and cross-sell moments, and partner with the wider team to make them happen.

  • Anticipate risks before they escalate by monitoring customer health and taking proactive action.

  • Collaborate closely with Product to remove friction, capture feedback and champion customer needs.

  • Create raving fans: customers who are proud to advocate for Neople through testimonials and referrals.

  • Operate independently with sound judgment while collaborating deeply when needed.

  • Have a genuine enthusiasm for your work and a passion for creating solutions that bring more joy to day-to-day tasks - both for yourself and your teammates.
